Three days guided hiking tour around Mt. Civetta

Mount Civetta rises at 3220 m, and separates Zoldo's Valley from Agordo's Valley. Its impressive north west face is one of the symbols of the Dolomites, known as "the wall of the walls".
We will traverse through many different habitats and we will enjoy stunning views over the valleys and the Dolomites! It's also an easy trek, which is ideal as a first experience in the mountains.
We will start at Capanna Trieste and we will spend two nights at different mountain huts along the way to finally reach the town of Alleghe and it's beautiful lake.
For further details, you can find the complete itinerary below this description.
If you are interested in this trip, please get in touch with me! I will be happy to be your guide in the beautiful Dolomite mountains.

This Civetta tour is suitable for everyone, beginners and experts. We will cross very different environments: from the Pelsa's pastures to the rocky areas of the Civetta Valley, from the steep and narrow val corpassa to the wide spaces of the Coldai Gap. The first part of the tour takes place in front of the majestic towers of the south side, which are framing the view from the Vazzoler Hut. On the second day we will make a great crossing that will take us all the way to the northwest side of mt. Civetta, to reach the enchanting lake Coldai, and the Coldai Gap from which the panorama will open towards east and towards Zoldo valley. On the third day from the Hut, we will descend to the charming little town of Alleghe, lying on the shores of the homonymous lake.

This peak's walls are part of the history of mountaineering, here some of the greatest climbers of all times have opened really hard and challenging new routes, and that is one of the reasons why I consider it a wonderful hiking destination.
Mt. Civetta is in the center of the Dolomites, and on this tour you can enjoy great views in every direction.
Doing a hut-to-hut tour is a great way to explore Dolomites mountains, and enjoy the simple pleasure of walking through these peaks.
